Drag Racing Tire Prep

Tire grip is always the most important in order to get the most from your r/c car. Here at Cyrul 3DFX, we have put our years of racing expertise to use by formulating the best possible tire preps, pre-prep and (coming soon) conditioners to get the most out of your tires.

Our Pre-Prep formulation cuts through the top layer of rubber/oil to open pores and promote tire prep adhesion. In some rubber compounds or over conditioning, prep adhesion can be an issue so we specially formulated our Pre-Prep to combat that, especially in higher temp conditions where the tires want to release oil making prep adhesion a bigger issue.

Ice Prep - Recommended for cool days (75F- or track temps below 85F) to keep the prep soft and tacky enough to make the maximum grip possible.

Base Prep - Recommended for those perfect race days (75F+ to 90F or track temps in the 85F+ to 120F) to move the prep in to a better working range where Ice prep would become too soft and have almost a gooey feeling.

Lava Prep - Recommended for those hot days (90F+ and track temps 120F+) to have maximum grip when everything else just melts into the track.
